Warranty and Claims

   A. Solvedify, Inc. provides a direct warranty for all Solvedify Solution products that are either built up or assembled by Solvedify, Inc. This warranty is in accordance with the warranty policy included with each proposal we provide. To review the warranty coverage for a specific product, please refer to the "Product Warranty" section in the item inventory details. If you cannot find the product warranty information, please contact us via email at customerservice@solvedify.com.

B. For third-party products where Solvedify, Inc. acts as a distributor, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain any warranty offered by the manufacturer of the goods. Buyers must acknowledge receipt of this warranty in writing. However, Solvedify, Inc. does not guarantee or ensure the performance of the manufacturer's warranty. Any claims related to such a warranty should be directed solely to the manufacturer. Regardless of any warranty claims, the purchase price will be governed by the terms outlined in Solvedify, Inc.'s proposal and invoice. If no warranty is provided by the manufacturer, the goods are sold "as is," with warranties attached to their proper use as indicated in the manufacturer's documentation and instructions.

C. Solvedify, Inc. makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability.

D. In no event will Solvedify, Inc. be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to a breach of the sale or any other duty of Solvedify, Inc. concerning the goods. This includes, but is not limited to, damages such as lost profits, lost sales, or injury to persons or property.

E. Any production figures provided are approximate and are based on conditions as understood by Solvedify, Inc. Actual figures may vary significantly depending on operating conditions. Therefore, no such figures are guaranteed beyond those specified in the proposal.

F. Buyers assume all responsibility for the use of the goods and for training individuals who will use them. Buyers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Solvedify, Inc. harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the goods by Buyers or their employees, agents, contractors, assigns, or successors.

G. Solvedify, Inc. does not make any representations regarding whether the goods comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any other federal, state, or local regulations, laws, ordinances, or rulings. Solvedify, Inc. is not responsible for the use of the goods, and Buyers are responsible for their safe use.

Warranty Returns:

Solvedify, Inc. is happy to honor valid warranty claims, provided that the claim is submitted within the manufacturer's product warranty period. Customers are responsible for pre-paying the return shipping costs; however, we will reimburse you upon the successful processing of your warranty claim. Once we receive the returned items for a warranty claim, you can expect Solvedify, Inc. to process your claim within 7 days. After confirmation of the warranty claim, you will have the option to choose (a) a refund to your payment method, (b) a refund in the form of in-store credit, or (c) the shipment of a replacement item to you, subject to stock availability.
